SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days and ship from Puerto Rico to any location in Puerto Rico and the United States. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days for Puerto Rico, 3 to 7 business days for the continental United States, and 5 to 10 business days for Alaska and Hawaii, although these may vary due to weather, seasonal demand, or carrier delays.
We primarily use USPS, and customers will receive a tracking number by email once the package has been shipped. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, and if free shipping is offered over a specific amount, it will be indicated there.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address; we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information. If a package arrives damaged or if there are any issues with delivery, customers must contact us within 48 hours, and they should also contact the carrier if the package is marked as “delivered” but was not received. At this time, we do not ship internationally outside of Puerto Rico and the United States. This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or personalized/custom pieces unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can review the issue and provide a solution such as a replacement or store credit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your return. Approved returns will receive store credit or an exchange, depending on what you prefer.
